The only personal information we hold is what you send us yourself — a name, an email address, sometimes a phone number, and the text of your message. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add it to mailing lists you didn't ask for. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is live, then for a reasonable follow-up period — usually under a year — before being deleted. Ask at any time and we'll tell you exactly what we have, correct it, or erase it completely; we answer such requests within thirty days. If you believe we've handled your information badly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
